Check contractor competence
The free Reset App enables you to check the competence of individual contractors, wherever they are working.
The law requires you to verify the competence of all contractors entering your premises or site. Using the “Verify Now” service on the Reset website, an individual’s profile can be checked in seconds.
You may not always have access to a PC when you need to check contractors’ details, or you may need to check them while they are working on site. The Reset App enables you to carry out contractor compliance checks quickly, in any location.
Using the Reset App is simple – enter the contractor’s Reset card details, and their proof of ID, qualifications and competences are instantly displayed on your device. You are also notified if any qualifications have expired.
Competence checks conducted via the Reset App are logged and recorded, providing an audit trail should evidence of checks be required. The Reset App is free to download and use. Visit mobile.rcscard.co.uk with your smartphone to download the App.
