Ejendals steps up a gear
Ejendals hosted the European launch of its new Tegera Infinity collection of coated safety gloves in Monza, Italy on 12/13 May.
According to Ejendals, the new generation of safety gloves offer grip, dexterity, softness and protection.
Visitors to the launch were provided with the chance to experience the company's new Tegera Infinity Program and Training, as well as enjoy racing cars used in the TCR International Series.
Following a welcome reception, guests were shown the collection of safety gloves which are based on proprietary new manufacturing technologies. The glove’s heightened sensitivity, which the company calls the “Infinity feel”, is enabled due to a unique manufacturing process that combines state-of-the-art coating material with extra-soft and protective fibres. The gloves are produced using a unique blend of nitrile and water-based PU, which is designed to provide flexibility, protection and ensure a correct fit. Nitrile is a synthetic latex-free rubber that offers a high level of sensitivity. Together with water-based PU, users can rest assured that no harmful solvents are present (DMF-free).
Göran Ström, product manager at Ejendals AB, said: “We are very proud of launching the new Tegera Infinity safety glove range. Our ambition was to create a new collection that would almost give users the feeling of having a second skin to boost their productivity. You really need to try them on to experience the ‘Infinity feel.’ This is when customers have that ah-ha reaction.”
Jan Lundmark, global sales & marketing director, Ejendals AB, added: “ Ejendals works together in long-term partnership with end-users to jointly develop new products and services. This is part of the Ejendals DNA and has always been a key to finding new innovative solutions.”
Following the launch, visitors were taken to a TCR International Series race day with members from Team Infinity.
