Safety scheme

Toyota Material Handling has
received its SAFEcontractor
accreditation for 2011.

SAFEcontractor is a third party
accreditation scheme that assesses
customer health and safety
arrangements. The scheme has been
designed to help customers to
manage their list of approved
contractors more efficiently and cost
effectively.

Grant Taylor, quality-safety
manager at Toyota said, “The
scheme not only assesses health and
safety but also aspects of our quality
and environmental management
systems. It covers everything from
insurance to accidents, policies to
training.”
