Quiet compressors

Workers in paint booths and other
areas where hazardous gas may be
present need a portable source of air
and the Gast range of rotary vane air
compressor and vacuum pumps can
provide the volume of air needed at
the low pressure required for as
many as eight people.

The range is
available with
oil-less, oillubricated,
motormounted
or
separate
drive styles
and provides a
long, very low
maintenance life; and
is simple and economical to install
and operate. The low vibration
design means that the range is ultraquiet
in operation.

Units offer a wide range of pulsefree
airflow rates from 0.31 to
112cfm (0.53 to 190m3/h) without
the need for a separate receiver tank.

Vacuum ratings range from 65 to
335mbar with pressure ratings from
5 to 25psig (0.4 to 1.7bar) and motor
outputs from 1/45 to
15HP (0.02 to
11.1kW).

Options
include dualfunction
compressor
and vacuum
pumps. Dualfrequency,
multivoltage
AC electric
motors are available
together with, 12 and 24V DC-rated
models.

A range of recommended accessories
is also available and bespoke
versions can be manufactured to
special order for OEM quantities.
