High demand during COVID-19
Following the COVID-19 outbreak, there has been a very high demand for Handsan, 70% alcohol-based, authorised biocide, hand disinfectant, and other bactericidal hand washes.
Whilst we continue manufacturing these products, we are currently encountering global supply challenges with our bottles and containers, due to the exceptional volumes. Therefore, we are having to limit and monitor orders per distributor. This will also affect supply to end user customers.
In order to assist supply to distributors and customers, we are asking users to retain their empty EVANS 500ml, and 75ml Handsan, bottles and re-fill these from the corresponding 5 L container using a pelican pump.
Re-using and re-filling these bottles will also help us all reduce our consumption of plastic and our impact on the environment.
Supply of Safe Zone Plus and Chlor Tabs has also been affected by high demand, following publication of our Coronavirus Guidelines on surface disinfection.
We are fully aware of the concerns over supply of these products and we are making every effort to meet demand. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.
