Have your say on Hybrid Working

EcoOnline’s Hybrid working survey, in association with HSM, aims to get a picture of how organisations have managed the health and safety aspects of the rapid move to homeworking during the pandemic.

Hybrid working – where employees split their working week between their home and office – has become the new normal for many companies and the survey will find out the impact on employers and employees. It will find out whether risk assessments have been carried out, if there has been additional training or equipment given to employees and will also uncover if companies plan to reduce their office space due to this new arrangement.

The results of the survey will be compiled in a benchmark report and participants who download the guide will receive a CPD certificate.
