THE NATIONAL Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) is a leading global provider of qualifications in health, safety and environmental awareness. Safety Rocks is one of NEBOSH’s Gold Learning Partners – it has completed a thorough audit process and earned the highest level of accreditation to deliver training.
Two new NEBOSH certifications are currently proving popular: managing stress at work and manual handling risk assessment.
Safety Rocks also provides training outside the NEBOSH framework. These courses can be tailored to meet the requirements and culture of client organisations. In addition, ‘micro-courses’ offer an hour’s intensive learning on a specific topic.
Tailored training for every client
Safety Rocks is on a mission: to eradicate the traditional perception of ‘boring’ health and safety training. Tailored training lies at the heart of the company’s ethos – bespoke content to drive a positive culture around health and safety practice.
In 2023, Safety Rocks will offer more truly tailored training, helping clients to focus on the areas that really matter to them. Safety Rocks is also offering an alternative to off-site meeting-based courses, with a virtual classroom that harnesses the power of microlearning using the Nucleus Learning platform.
A local client with an international reputation
Safety Rocks has a new client: Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the entity formed by the merger of the academic publisher and the international examinations group. Safety Rocks will be reviewing the company’s risk assessment processes. This aligns perfectly with founder Carla Crocombe’s long-held ambition to work with organisations in and around Cambridge.
