Call Systems Technology (CST)
has launched a handset that covers
different forms of messaging and
various alarm functions.

For lone workers and at-risk
staff, the C-3115’s multi-alarm
capabilities deliver extended
security. An alarm button on top of
the unit means the user can
summon help instantly. On the side
is an extra function key for ‘soft’
pre-set alarms.

In critical situations where the
user can’t set off an alarm, the
handset’s automatic systems take
over. It can be programmed to send
instant alarms if the user falls,
remains stationary for an unusual
amount of time, starts running or
when the device tilts. It
can also send an alarm
if the handset is
snatched from the
user.

CST can supply the
handset with a precise
location and
positioning system.

This system can be
programmed so that
the handset can be
used for access
control, allowing staff
carrying it to open
security doors and
enter restricted areas.

The access restrictions
can be turned off and on remotely.
