AITT reports double-digit growth

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

THE ASSOCIATION of Industrial Truck Trainers (AITT) has reported double-digit growth in membership during 2023.

Announcing the year-end results managing director Liam Knight said, “I’m delighted to say we are once again reporting significant growth. It goes to show that we are doing a lot right. The growth in membership is backed up by record levels of satisfaction for the support we offer and the resources we deliver via our website.

“Perhaps most notable of all, though, is that our fees are exceptionally competitive. Indeed, we haven’t increased our membership charges for more than 3 years… and we will not be doing so in 2024. I don’t think anyone else in our sector can come close to matching that.”

Over the past year AITT has introduced several new initiatives to streamline procedures for tutors, allowing them to be better placed to undertake their work. At the same time, it has established an approval scheme for MHE theory training courses that fall outside the scope of accredited operator training.
