New BDM at Cosalt

Cosalt has appointed Simon
Marshall as business development
director to spearhead its drive for
new business in the hi-vis clothing
and workwear market. In his new
role, Marshall will focus on
expanding the company’s presence
in the utility, construction, transport
and renewables industries.

Before joining Cosalt, Marshall
was a national account manager for
Buck & Hickman, one of the UK’s
leading distributors of tools,
maintenance and health and safety
products. Prior to this he worked for
safety distributor Arco.

With over ten years in the
business, Simon has developed an
excellent technical understanding of
how Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) and workwear is designed and
manufactured. His appointment will
provide a major boost to Cosalt’s
sales team as the company gears up
for growth following a number of
important contract wins in 2010.
