Accreditations for the new Pegler
Yorkshire XPress sprinkler range
include the LPCB class LH to OH3
and the Fire Protection Association
endorsement.

The system incorporates a wide
range of fittings, tube and press tools.

Galvanized carbon tube is designed
for wet sprinkler systems and
stainless steel tube is suitable for wet
and dry pipe systems under FM and
VdS approval. The LPCB approval
allows for use in wet pipe systems
22-54mm, for hazard classes Light
and Ordinary Hazard.

“Given the number of requests for
a sprinkler system, this move is a
natural progression for the range,”
says Kathleen Bramwell, Pegler
Yorkshire fittings product manager.

For the installer, XPress is light,
quick and easy to fit. Compared to
other types of pipe there is no
cementing required and no need for
a hot works permit on site. Once
correctly pressed, XPress sprinkler is
guaranteed to be water tight up to 16
bar operating pressure.
