Securing construction sites is one of
the main challenges for most house
builders. Swan New Homes has
chosen Clarke Construction
Security (CCSec) to provide
comprehensive technology based site
security throughout the building of its
new Oldchurch Park development in
Romford, Essex.

The construction site entrance has
been secured by a turnstile
that incorporates a
biometric finger reader,
with CCSec’s alarms and
CCTV monitoring
equipment covering all
other areas of the site. As
the first phase consists of
timber frame flats, CCSec’s
fire evacuation system is a
particularly important component
during the construction stage whilst
the structure is exposed; ensuring the
site is kept secure and safe. Should
any of the alarms be activated,
CCSec’s 24-hour monitoring station
will be alerted and the appropriate
action can be taken.
