MyMobileWorkers’
workforce management
app, available on all
Android devices, has been
released. The update comes
after the company
announced it has signed up
its DSL as its latest Android
customer. DSL’s team of 22
field engineers will use the
app on their phones to record job
details.

The pay-as-you-go app, the first of
its kind in the UK, lets field workers
capture information in real time on
site, via Android, Windows Mobile
or rugged devices. It works by
enabling field workers to feed
job information via the app
into a back office system,
allowing staff to monitor their
progress and allocate jobs.

Customers will be upgraded
to Version 5 at no extra charge
and a full list of additional
features can be found on the
