New tools boost business safety

launched two new
books to help
businesses comply with

businesses comply with
food safety and health
and safety legislation.

The books, which
meet require ments for
Level 2 qualifications
in food safety and
health and safety in the workplace,
have been developed following
extensive customer research and
have provide a flexible and userfriendly
approach to learning.

Commenting on the launch of the
books, Marianne Phillips,
head of the CIEH
Awarding Organisation,
said: “The books have
concise and user friendly
content, with lots of
images and graphics.

Activities at the end of
every section also provide
the user with the
opportunity to test their
learning and knowledge.”
