Committee is putting a
firm focus on safety according to
chairman, Chris Sturman.

The committee has already
launched ‘The Loading Bay Safety
Guide’ and will be dealing with a
number of legislative concerns over
the upcoming months, including
spearheading the initiative to ensure
compliance to EU regulations (ATEX
and DSEAR) which relate to
refrigeration systems using
ammonia.

Safety issues will also be on the
agenda on 1st October 2012, when
the FSDF is hosting a conference in
collaboration with the British

Titled ‘Food Supply Chain
