According to instrument/electrical
technician Dave Coston, one of the
biggest headaches faced by
contractor staff is the need to prove
they are competent at both their job
and understanding safe working
practices
When Coston heard about the
EMSS scheme he was particularly
impressed by the facility to
undertake the National Safety
Passport eLearning program at
anytime, anywhere with PC. The
National Safety Passport is fully
approved by EMSS and on
completion candidates are awarded a
tamper-proof Safety Passport card
and registered on the EMSS system.

This registration allows
contractors to upload all their
training qualifications and
certificates to be viewed by client
sites, speeding up site acceptance.
