UPS solution for ambulance service

Yorkshire Ambulance Service, DB
Tec, approached Borri to supply a
transformer-based UPS solution to
deliver maximum protection and
support the NHS Trust’s emergency
call centre in Wakefield.

Due to the critical nature of the
service’s communications system, it
was essential that the UPS system
chosen came with secure galvanic
isolation to ensure no compromises
would be made on safety and that
the UPS units would provide instant
and reliable power supply at all
times.
