The vehicle mounted cranes and
platform lifts by Penny Hydraulics
allow employees to handle all sorts of
loads efficiently and economically
without any need for manual lifting or
carrying. As well as reducing the risk
of industrial injuries, fatigue and
enabling compliance with regulations,
these devices allow a single person to
work on their own. Penny Hydraulics
says that this improves productivity,
efficiency and resource flexibility.

New products from Penny
Hydraulics include 500kg maximum
working load versions of its LoadLift,
StepLift and Single Wheel Lift vehicle
mounted platform lifts. These were
introduced to complement existing
versions with 250kg maximum
working load to provide owneroperators
and fleet managers with
greater flexibility when specifying and
configuring their vehicles. The new
SwingLift FV995 fully hydraulic
vehicle mounted crane, with its 995kg
maximum working load, is suitable
for different loads but can be specified
and installed without the added cost
and complexity required by the new
EN12999 regulations.
