Improved coordination at work

Partwell specialises in plastics,
offering a bespoke machining and
engineering service for simple and
complex components. Following a
request for a site visit from a
warehousing client, Partwell’s
technical sales manager Ken
Schooley conducted a free of charge
inspection on their signage to
identify any recommended
improvements. It is good practice to
identify where signage could be
implemented, which could
result in the improvement
of co-ordination within the
working environment.

In this particular
company sheets of paper
were being used as
signage and they were easily
damaged. Ken recommended several
new signs designed to aid visitors
unfamiliar with the layout and a full
written quotation was provided to
ensure clarity of work recommended,
cost and time scales. Coloured
transparent acrylic was used for its
UV resistance and premium quality
surface finish.
