A good year
In 2012, First Response Training
and Consultancy Services had its
most successful year yet for contracts
and recruited many new members to
its team both locally at its head office
in Worcestershire and across the
country. First Response also
progressed to become a training
solutions provider, adding e-learning
courses, distance learning manuals,
webinar training sessions and
blended learning options to its
portfolio, in addition to face-to-face,
classroom-based training.
