Collision Sentry collision warning
device, is the IMHX 2013 Design 4
Safety Awards overall winner. Earlier
in the week, Collision Sentry won the
top award in the technology category
of the competition.
The Design 4 Safety Awards
recognise the industry’s commitment
to safety and highlights the
importance of product design in
improving safety standards.

The Collision Sentry was judged
by an expert panel to have “provided
the strongest evidence of making a
measurable contribution to the level
of safety, or the rate of incident
reduction in materials handling
operations”.

Using infrared motion detectors to
‘see’ around corners, Collision Sentry
helps reduce or eliminate ‘blind
corner’ collisions by visually alerting
forklift drivers and pedestrians to
approaching traffic.
