The team of directors at structural steelwork firm Billington Structures have successfully completed an intensive course that will be utilised to enhance their current safety record and engage employees to consider health and safety at all times.
The IOSH Directing Safely course encourages decision makers to make positive choices in relation to the health and safety of their employees. The senior team at Billingtons will pass on their enthusiasm and knowledge to managers, line managers and supervisors with a view to influencing all employees to become health & safety advocates.
