Equip-I is a web-based asset management software system, developed by Breathe Safety and bespoke to the requirements of inspection and service of safety equipment.
In order to keep equipment maintained and in good working order, regular six month or annual servicing is essential. Certification of industrial safety equipment such as harnesses, breathing apparatus, gas detection equipment, man riding equipment and portable electrical appliances, is something that many clients now require to see, before work involving equipment is carried out.
The Equip-I system provides visibility from anywhere with an internet connection – lost certificates for example are not a problem because they can easily be reprinted from the online data base and user instructions for equipment can be downloaded.
Full access to the expiry dates of your equipment and a range of reports are available with the package. The Equip-I system is free for companies who use Breathe Safety for their equipment maintenance – this can be carried out on site at a client’s location, at suitable times and to minimise downtime. The partnership is said to give you complete control of equipment and confidence that your equipment is fully compliant, tested and certificated.
