Mobile message control

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

Messagemaker has increased the interactivity of its digital LED signs and displays by providing direct control from a mobile device.

The new instant messaging solution utilises the TwittLED range of moving message displays for health and safety applications and also offers the capability to stream live Twitter feeds.

With control from a PC, and now a mobile phone or tablet, the TwittLED’s immediacy and queuing capacities – the last 10 messages, announcements or ‘tweets’ are shown – also enables health and safety messages to be refreshed and displayed constantly. This allows instant messages, warnings, announcements etc to be made and will also help to reinforce policy guidelines.
