Protective sensor sets
Leuze electronic has expanded its successful product range of protective sensor sets with models MLC-UDC and MLCSET with safety light curtains.
In the MLC-UDC sets, an MLC safety light curtain is premounted in the sturdy UDC device columns in such a manner that its height and alignment can easily be adapted to the application. This eliminates both the need to search for and combine individual components as well as the complicated setup and start-up processes. The device column includes a complete mounting kit for exact floor assembly. Special spring elements in the foot of the columns ensure automatic resetting after mechanical impacts. The protective field heights are dependent on the respective set.
On request, sets with all MLC devices are possible, be it for standard applications or for demanding applications with blanking or muting. All sets are suitable for access safeguarding with hand and finger detection and conform to type 4 in accordance with IEC/EN 61496, PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 61508 or IEC/EN 62061.
