Custom moulded earplugs
Emtec Laboratories is a UK manufacturer of the Noisebreaker custom moulded hearing protection, and has supplied many companies and individuals over the past 40 years.
Made from a medical-grade soft silicone rubber, the Noisebreakers are said to be very comfortable and cost effective. They have a through channel with a filter, which allows speech frequency sounds to be heard, while filtering out the damaging middle-high frequencies. The wearer is therefore comfortably protected without being completely isolated from his/her surroundings and conversations and warning signals may be heard.
