A safer shot

The new Silencer system from
Artifex Products is designed
to provide the necessary noise
protection for shot blasting.

Key features include: CE
approved EN 14594
Class 4, noise reduction
of 41 dBA, integrated
hearing protectors,
integrated hard hat,
airflow safety indicator, high user
comfort, low weight, rubber coated,
and an adjustable head band.

Silencer has been developed in
close cooperation with Norwegian
shot blasting companies. The
project’s aim was to develop a
product that satisfied the very
stringent legal requirements in
Europe for noise reduction,
while still being userfriendly
and comfortable.

After repeated testing,
Artifex says that all of these
goals have been achieved.
