GNB Industrial Power, a division of
Exide Technologies, has incorporated
the highest safety standards into two
new batteries from the Sonnenschein
range, and in the improved version of
its spiral wound battery.

For cleaning
machines which are
used intensively for
prolonged periods of
time, GNB has
developed the
Sonnenschein GF 12
076V, with improved
high current tolerance and an extra
boost of power. The GF 12 052 YO
with its compact-sized power pack is
suited for use in smaller cleaning
machines, warehouse movers and
wheelchairs. Its high-energy density
and safe, female connectors allow for
high performance in compact
packaging.

Finally, GNB’s valve regulated lead
acid (VRLA) battery, which employs
spiral-wound technology with AGM
technology where acid is held
in an absorbent glass
mat, now includes high
power performance and
is maintenance-free,
eliminating any risk
resulting from over or
under-topping the battery.

All three batteries benefit from the
drysafe and dryfit technology, which
offer high-cycling capabilities,
minimal gassing and long service
lives. All the batteries are leak proof
for high safety standards.
