131 million days
were lost to employee sickness leave
in 2011, costing employers around
£495 per year per employee. 35
million of these days were due to pain
or injury in muscles, joints, tendons,
ligaments and nerves. Teknomek’s
hydraulically-powered worktop can
be either manually or electrically
adjusted in height from between
700mm and 1,000mm to ensure
employees are working at the correct
height. It also ensures
employees aren’t using
makeshift platforms
like pallets, which pose
an additional health
and safety threat.

A uniform yet
adjustable production
line also allows employees to
move positions without
compromising comfort or efficiency
