Intertek, a leading provider of quality

around the world, has opened its
new hazardous area competency
validation centre in Grangemouth,
Scotland. The CompEx facility is
currently Scotland’s only centre
offering CompEx units Ex12
‘Application Design Engineers’ and
Ex11 Mechanical.

Director of Intertek’s UK
operations Talban Sohi said:

Complementing Intertek’s existing
CompEx centre in Chester, the
