Lancashire-based manufacturer of
precision components for the
aerospace industry, Callendar
Aeropart, uses the new Vanloda
loading system from Joloda to
deliver Rolls Royce aero engines in
the company’s Mercedes Sprinter
from its site in Crewe to the Rolls
Royce factory in Derby.

The engine parts are packed in
boxes on a pallet, each weighing
200kg. Thanks to the Vanloda
system these can quickly and safely
loaded into the van.

Suitable for medium and long
wheel-base transporter vans,
Vanloda is a portable system that sits
on the van floor; no installation is
needed and set up time is half an
hour. Loading time reduction is said
to be over 50% as the pallets are
rolled with ease to the front of the
van in a few seconds.
