Excavator checking system
Following a successful 2015, which saw Good to Go Safety receive a Best New Product award for their equipment tagging and checklist systems, they have started 2016 with the launch of their latest pre-use inspection system for excavators and diggers.
This will allow a competent person to complete essential pre-use checks of the excavator and display the findings in a tag at cab entry for all to see. This removes the risk of assuming the digger is safe to use and reminds operatives to complete checks before starting work. A copy of the completed checklist is placed inside the tag to display if it is “Good to Go” with a duplicate copy retained for management records.
This latest addition, complements existing equipment checklists for the construction industry including scaffolding, ladders, forklifts, trailers and mobile work platforms. The systems are available as individual components or in kit format for weekly or daily checks.
