A new company called Overtec uses
eye in the sky technology to help
managers spot waste and increase
responsiveness from mobile workers
and remote assets.

Joint managing directors David
Armstrong and David Thomas are
behind the new venture.

The solutions help staff working
remotely to clock on and off,
reschedule and automatically report
things like mileage expenses. The
data can be fed directly to invoicing,
payroll software and management
information systems. BS8484 lone
worker protection can be added for
24/7 operator responses in
emergencies.

Remote assets can be monitored
24/7 to report
on
information
such as: fire,
theft,
overheating,
toxicity, exact
locations,
arrivals and
departures.
