Food monitoring

Digital temperature monitoring specialist, IMC’s sensors are used throughout food industry, with clients such as the Franconian Sausage Co.

The IMC MM7000 Thermobarscan is a lightweight handheld instrument with an integral barcode scanner and Bluetooth capabilities, so it can record product location, identity, time, date and temperature data and transmit to a PC, mobile phone or PDA. 
The MM2000 range is self-calibrating, waterproof to IP67 standards and features auto switch-off. The instruments are designed to reduce the risk of potential contamination exposure and assist with HACCP compliance requirements.
 
The instruments include: the Solo, with food grade stainless steel fold out needle probe specifically designed for the food industry; the point-and-probe Combi, suitable for repeat recordings where accuracy and speed are important; and the MM7000 ThermoBarScan, a handheld logging thermometer with integral barcode scanner and Bluetooth capabilities. The barcode scanner records product location/identity plus time, date and temperature and the Bluetooth communication transmits the data for portable temperature logging.
