Gas detection zone

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

WWEM 2014, the Water Wastewater & Environmental Monitoring event (Telford, 5/6 November 2014), will again feature a Gas Detection Zone.

The Council of Gas Detection and Environmental Monitoring (CoGDEM) is helping to organise the gas detection zone which will focus on new technology and products to detect hazards, such as exposure to low oxygen levels in confined spaces and to toxic and flammable gases in the workplace.
New gas detection techniques will be on show and the ‘CoGDEM Guide to Gas Detection’ hardback book will be available at the event. Many of the world’s leading gas detection equipment manufacturers will display their latest products and services.
WWEM organiser Marcus Pattison says: “With so much taking place during the two days, WWEM 2014 will be a hive of activity, but with free entry, free parking and free lunches and refreshments for pre-registered visitors (www.wwem.uk.com), we have made it easier to make the most of time spent at WWEM 2014.”
