This year’s Safety Health
Environmental (SHE) Show in
Blackpool saw the Chartered
Institute of Environmental Health
(CIEH) exhibit a wide range of new
products and services designed to
help businesses improve health and
safety performance. The CIEH stand
highlighted the benefits to businesses
of investing in health and safety and
quality staff training.

Commenting, Marianne Phillips,
CIEH Head of the Awarding
Organisation, said: “Over the past
three years, we have invested heavily,
updating all our health and safety
products. We have added new
qualifications to our core health and
safety products launching a suite of
nationally recognised and accredited
fire safety and first aid qualifications
as well as eLearning programmes.

“We are always looking at
innovative new ways to spread
positive health and safety messages.

For example our new level 2 health
and safety course book provides
businesses with a flexible and userfriendly
approach to learning.”
