Hygiene supplier acquisition
PK Safety has acquired Newport-based Dragon Hygiene Supplies as part of a strategic move to expand its range of health & safety services and products.
The acquisition follows a sustained period of growth for PK Safety, the PPE and workwear specialist based in South Wales.
Dragon Hygiene Supplies has been supplying the South Wales market with chemical and hygiene janitorial products for over 13 years. The company was founded by Graham Hubbard and Kevin Maguire, who will both be joining the PK Safety team.
Graham Hubbard said: “PK Safety already have a strong reputation for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Workwear, and expanding the portfolio with a range of chemical and janitorial products will mean that Dragon and PK Safety customers will now be able to source both from one supplier. We both have the same philosophy of strong customer service and working closely with customers, providing advice and support, to ensure that they meet their health and safety obligations.”
