IOGC course in Qatar

Birmingham-based health and safety
training and consultancy provider,
British Safety Services, (BSS)
recently conducted the first ever
NEBOSH Technical Certificate in
Oil and Gas Operational Safety,
(IOGC) in Qatar for 14 health and
safety professionals. The results of
this course were highly successful,
with a 100% pass rate, where 64% of
results were a Credit or higher.

This course was presented by BSS
directors, Steve Burke and Pat
McLoughlin.

Burke commented: “We saw the
IOGC course as an opportunity to
widen our portfolio of accredited
courses, with Pat and myself leading
from the front on this one by
delivering the first of a series of
courses in order to ensure our usual
high standards are maintained.”
