JOB VACANCY – part time junior health and safety consultant
BRAVANARK NETWORK Ltd has been an established health and safety consultancy for over 20 years and is now looking to recruit a part time junior health and safety consultant.

The position is based in London/Southeast, however there would be travel to client sites.
Salary: £896.00 – £1024.00 per month competitive + car allowance.
The successful candidate will be working across a range of clients, so, experience with multi-clients will be beneficial.
Job description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a range of health and safety issues, conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for promoting workplace safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health and safety audits and inspections at client sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform risk assessments and suggest control measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate employees on health and safety best practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate Health and Safety Qualification as a minimum with a minimum of Tech IOSH membership. NEBOSH Construction and Fire Management would be useful but not essential.
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in general industry, and able to interpret the legislation across many occupations.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
