A leading manufacturer of self-adhesive label materials has improved health, safety and environmental compliance after turning to online specialists Cedrec for expertise and production of a new legal register.
UPM Raflatac brought in Cedrec to produce a register following a BSI audit that highlighted a necessity for improved legislative compliance. Using Cedrec’s analysis and advice has helped the firm to clarify its requirements under Environmental Permitting – and is one example of how access to quality online legislative resources is used to help stakeholders understand better the impact of H&S and environmental requirements and share responsibilities.
Cedrec provides support through the production of registers of legislation, an online subscription service and advice on issues that Raflatac might otherwise have difficulty in understanding in connection with the maintenance of, and compliance with, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
