Load deck saves project time
Thomas Sinden has partnered with Actavo | Hire & Sales to provide access solutions for a large extension and refurbishment project at Southern Road primary school in Newham, London.
A leading supplier of non-mechanical construction equipment, Actavo | Hire & Sales Solutions specified, designed and provided onsite technical support on almost 300m2 of Rhino Load Deck at the school, saving the project a valuable two weeks of build time.
Thomas Sinden construction specialists – who traditionally used birdcage scaffolding systems on its construction sites – used the Rhino Load Deck system for the first time as a safety platform inside the building shell. The load deck provides a means of access for bricklayers and roofing contractors to work on, as well as offering a fall prevention solution.
