LONEALERT celebrates successful 2018

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

LONEALERT is delighted to announce the close of a record-breaking year in the lone worker protection market – as it looks forward to keeping thousands of lone workers safe throughout 2019 and beyond.

The company works with companies in a hugely diverse range of industries, including recycling and distribution, parks maintenance, defence, leisure and fitness, cheese and beverage manufacturing, education, charity and communities.

The successful acquisition of a number of new clients throughout the year has led to record sales figures for the company, which has enabled it to invest in the growth of its Customer Support, Digital Marketing, Software Development and Sales teams.

As part of this continuing investment into offering the best lone worker protection to people from all industries, LONEALERT’s intuitive behind-the-scenes operating and management system, The O.W.L, has been completely overhauled, with a new platform due to be released in 2019 with a host of features. The year is also set to mark the release of new products to increase the range of solutions available to support lone workers.

LONEALERT is a comprehensive suite of products to protect staff working alone, remotely or who are vulnerable. It uses complex patented technology written by West Midlands-based Advance IT Group. Its solutions include a simple text format, Smartphone app, ‘Man Down’ devices which automatically detect falls, discreet ID Card and an ‘Anywhere’ device ideal for remote locations that works via GPS without a mobile phone signal. All of the solutions work in conjunction with The O.W.L operating system and LONEALERT’s 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre.
