Massaging insoles

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

Most shoes have a flat inner sole, offering no support to the arch of the foot.

This can lead to fallen arches, which puts pressure on the knees and lower back, or Plantar Fasciitis, which can lead to work absenteeism.

One solution could be Sole Mates massaging insoles. These liquid orthotics use a bladder containing glycerine to provide support for the foot. As fluid has no shape, it moulds to the individual foot, providing support to the arch as well as the heel and ball of the foot.

The insoles act like a shock absorber in the shoe and gently massage the muscles in the foot, increasing the circulation, bringing more blood and oxygen to the legs and feet, helping to reduce tiredness.
