New approach to safety

The announcement was made on the eve of RenewableUK’s Health and Safety Conference in Birmingham.

The Generation Safe project saw Centrica pioneer a new approach which brought together its staff with its project partners, contractors and suppliers to share knowledge and develop solutions to project specific health and safety issues. Centrica took Generation Safe a step further, utilising experiential learning techniques that included purpose built themed sets, actors and props to create realistic scenarios to help the project team explore health and safety best practice in more depth.
