At the Safety & Health Expo, DENIOS will be launching the UltraSafe spill pallet, which it claims is the world’s first 2 drum steel spill pallet without weld seams, corners or edges.
To create it, DENIOS has utilised the deep drawing process technology, which is best known in the aerospace and automotive production industries.
With the deep-drawn UltraSafe spill pallet customers are said to receive a product manufactured to the highest standards in terms of reliability and design. Constructed from a single piece of steel without seams, corners or edges, this sump offers impressive safety when storing hazardous substances.
The product is suitable for storing 2 x 205 litre drums with a containment volume of 240 litres. It has a material thickness of 3 mm, is tested to standards and absolutely liquid tight.
