Reduced PAT testing time

The recently launched
Toolminder PAT testing
system has been developed by
Earlsmere as an additional
module to its Toolminder
HAVS recording and asset
tracking software package.

This module is designed to
help companies that PAT test
become more efficient in
collecting and managing the
data required for reports and
in the printing of legible hard
wearing PAT labels.

Operation is simple: once
users enter the Plant Number
the software configures the
PAT tester, which instructs the
operator of the correct
sequence of tests to perform.

Once completed the results
are saved electronically and a
self-laminating label is
automatically printed for use
on the item tested. All data is
recorded centrally which gives
an audit trail that can be
monitored and inspected.
