Relaunch of NEBOSH National Diploma Course

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

Health, safety & environmental solutions providers ACT Associates are set to relaunch their NEBOSH National Diploma Blended Learning Course, as they look to raise greater awareness of the importance of health and safety in the workplace, as well as making it more accessible for people.

The courses on offer from ACT Associates are designed to improve a person's skills and knowledge to ensure the workplace, other staff members and working conditions remain healthy and safe at all times.

The blended learning aspect of the course provides the flexibility of e-learning with the interaction and guidance provided by a classroom-based taught course. This particular approach is suitable for people who want to reduce the amount of time they spend away from work, attending a classroom course, while retaining the important face-to-face contact with a tutor.

The relaunched course will take place in Walsall in the West Midlands, at a cost of £3,295 plus NEBOSH fees.

To coincide with the relaunch of their NEBOSH National Diploma Course, ACT Associates have produced handy NEBOSH qualification revision tips:

  • Familiarise yourself with the exact exam structure – be as prepared as you possibly can be
  • Think about & understand command words – Describe, Give, Outline, Identify & Explain
  • Sit a mock exam
  • Attend NEBOSH exam tutorials
  • As the exam date draws closer, condense revision notes until they are eventually just on one page
  • Read your revision notes out loud, record them and listen back to them as often as possible
