Robust steel toe cap overshoe
Available from Safety Toes Europe, the Slipp-R is described as a robust steel-toe overshoe that can be used for temporary toe protection and is suitable for the fashion conscious.
Made of rubber, with an all-flat design to accommodate most heel types, the Slipp-R has been tested to provide greater than minimum slip resistance. The company took its lead from shoes worn by curlers who require maximum slip resistance while on ice. They are acid, oil and animal fat resistant, as well as being stretchable with rear pull-on tab for easy fitting.
The overshoes are injection moulded to provide thickness where needed and are said to be seamless and 100% waterproof. Because the Slipp-R overshoe is resistant to changes in extreme temperature, it will not harden, stiff or crack.
CE Certified, the ‘Slipp-R’ has been developed to be easily slipped on and off, readily transferable among wearers and isolate bacteria/contaminants that can be carried on outer footwear.
