legal landscape governing regulation
and enforcement.

Department for Work and Pensions
and RoSPA will advise on how to

presentations covering: safety and the
Red Tape Challenge; the legal
landscape of health & safety,
including the Löfstedt Review; coping
with the challenges of compensation;

intervention and the question of
whether applying the best legal
defence measures inhibit lessons
being learned; and managing
