SabreAir and SabreAir Plus

Supplied in
both two man and 4 man configurations, the SabreAir is a specialist self-contained Zone 1 compressor. Specially
designed and built for the harshest of conditions in the onshore/offshore and
petrochemical market, the Zone 1 compressor improves safety by containing all
operations within one easy to operate and compact unit.

Easy to use and simple to deploy in all operations,
the SabreAir compressor from Sabre comes with an auto shutdown facility that
activates in the event of any ingress of gas into the Zone 1 area. It gives operators complete confidence in working
in a Zone 1 location. Escape air is
automatically supplied in the event of an auto shutdown, again providing air quality that exceeds the
breathing air requirements of BS:EN12021:1999.

The compressor has a small ‘footprint’, again for ease
of operation and manoeuvrability in the busy offshore environment.

Unlike other ‘designated’
Zone 1 compressors that rely on air being supplied via up to 30 metres of ducting from a safe area to
a compressor located in a Zone 1 area, the SabreAir provides air directly into
the compressor via its innovative supply and monitoring system.
